Rare Hare Pinot Noir Rosé
Wine
Rare Hare Pinot Noir Rosé draws from Willow Creek Vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula. The vines are fastidiously hand tended from pruning to harvest.
The hands on approach to viticulture lends itself to minimal intervention in the winery. The grapes are destemmed and left on skins for eight hours to extract colour and light tannins. Once pressed, the juice ferments to dryness in seasoned French oak.
Though typically 100 per cent Pinot Noir, in certain vintages a portion of Cabernet Sauvignon is included in the final blend.
Pale salmon, Rare Hare Pinot Noir Rosé is crisp and mouth filling, with generous red fruit flavours and juicy acidity. Perfect for summer enjoyment.
